Land is Exchanged

Another step completed in a long list of many! Land finally exchanged today. Its nice to know that its finally secured now and is defiantly ours. Feels good although seeing the bank account start to empty out with all the deposits we are making isn't too much fun. Settlement on the land will be 35 days from today. Then it is officially ours. Another win also, the land owners have agreed to clear the block of the dumped concrete positioned on the back boundary line. Which is fantastic because i didn't want to be spending money trying to get that cleared away. There is a lot of it there!
