So happy, it means we can move to the next stage of the admin process "DA check" we now need to check off all our plans. finalised positions of taps and gas points, directions windows open in and the way door open. The DA estimator then looks over everything we have changed and the plans get ready to be drawn up. This is it! this process can take up to 3 weeks. We get some beautiful red pegs on our block, head into EB for yet another signing session and then they have 20 days to commence work! The end is near! about another 5-6 weeks. Would be so good to start early! I've emailed our CSA to see if its possible.
